We are currently recruiting for the following:

Office Manager

We are looking for a committed woman* with excellent organisational skills to join our team to provide vital administrative support to support the delivery of our services. Key responsibilities of the role include recruiting and coordinating volunteers, developing and maintaining data-management systems, supporting the development of our Information Technology and phone provision, managing office contracts with suppliers and ensuring the smooth running of our office.

You will have excellent financial and administrative skills and be committed to our vision to achieve equality, justice and respect for all women.

Salary: £22,800 gross per annum for 28 hours per week pro rata [Full time equivalent FTE £28,500] plus 3% pension

Hours: 28 hours per week

Location: Rights of Women, 52-54 Featherstone Street, London EC1Y 8RT

Holiday entitlement: Pro rata of FTE 25 days annual leave per annum plus public holidays

Duration: Permanent

Legal Officer (Immigration and Asylum Law)

We are looking for a qualified woman* solicitor or barrister with experience of immigration and asylum law to deliver our vital legal services for women.

The main focus of this role will be to deliver legal advice to vulnerable migrant women, who have experienced or are at risk of Violence Against Women and Girls (VAWG).

You will also be responsible for delivery of Rights of Women’s core services including providing legal advice on our telephone advice lines and via casework, delivering training and writing publications. You will also contribute to our policy work.

Salary: £33,573.93 Gross Pay per annum plus 3% pension contribution [Full-time rate]

Conditions: Part-time, hours negotiable

Holiday entitlement: 25 days annual leave per annum plus public holidays [pro rata to part time hours and length of fixed term post]

Duration: Fixed term until 31 March 2020 with possibility of extension, subject to funding

Location: London
